The shaker component of the system is responsible for the primary separation of drilling fluids and solid particles. It employs a high-capacity vibrating screen with multiple layers to efficiently separate and remove large cuttings and solids from the drilling mud. 

The robust design ensures effective solids control, allowing for the reuse of valuable drilling fluids while minimizing waste. Complementing the shaker is the decanter centrifuge, a vital component for further refinement of the drilling fluids. The centrifuge employs a high-speed rotational mechanism to separate finer particles and solids from the liquid phase. This process significantly reduces the solids content in the drilling mud, improving its rheological properties and enhancing overall drilling efficiency.
