Anthony Wooles
Non-Executive Chairman
Appointed as Chairman 1 July 2016, Anthony Wooles is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Senior Associate of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
Anthony is Chairman of Bhagwan Marine Pty Ltd and Director High Peak Royalties.
He has diverse industry experience including mining; oil and gas; power generation; manufacturing; telecommunications; food and beverages and retail.
Founder of PearlStreet Limited and the Trudo Group, a Perth-based shareholder value advisory firm, and previously Principal at Marakon Associates, USA-based strategy consulting firm.
Anthony is also a consultant to several major companies including BHP Minerals; Coles Myer; Telstra; Coca-Cola Amatil; FAL; and Western Power.
Sally-Anne Layman
Non-Executive Director
Sally-Anne Layman was appointed to the Board 6 February 2017. She is a member of the CPA and the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Chief Executive Women.
Sally-Anne has over 22 years of diverse experience as a mining professional, corporate financier, and advisor with diverse international experience in the resources and technology sectors and financial markets.
She is an experienced company director, and her other board positions currently held include Newcrest Mining Ltd, Pilbara Minerals Ltd and Beach Energy Ltd. And earned First Class Mine Managers Certificate of Competency WA.
She was previously a Division Director of Macquarie Group Limited and Joint Head of the Perth office of the Metals, Mining & Agriculture Division.
Tracey Arlaud
Non-Executive Director
Tracey Arlaud was appointed to the Board 11 February 2021.
She has over 28+ years’ experience in mining, geology, geotechnical engineering, mining engineering and project management.
Previously, Tracey held lead engineering roles with several engineering and project implementation consultants including Hatch Associates Inc. and McIntosh Engineering (Stantec).
She is currently CEO of underground mining specialist, IMB and serves as Non-Executive Director on the Board of Global Atomic Corporation.
Uwa Airhiavbere was appointed to the Board 19 December 2022. Uwa has broad international experience living and working in Africa, Italy, and the United States.
He has worked with board level and C-suite executives from start-ups to Fortune-500 companies, global energy and mining companies, with previous world-wide commercial and operations roles at GE Oil & Gas.
Uwa is currently Chief Commercial Officer, Worldwide Energy and Mining, for Microsoft Corporation, where he leads Microsoft’s end-to-end commercial strategy in the energy and mining industries.
Tracey Horton is the most recent addition to our Board, appointed on 12 November 2023. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
Tracey has over 20 years broad international experience as a management consultant with long-term clients in utilities (gas and electric), resources (mining, gas, renewables), healthcare (medical devices and biotechnology), manufacturing and retail (apparel and sports) and technology.
She is currently a board member of ASX-listed companies IDP Education Ltd and the GPT Group, chair of both companies’ People and Remuneration Committees and is a member of GPT’s Sustainability & Risk Committee.
He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and Graduate Member of Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Paul brings 30 years’ experience within the resources and technology sectors, with expertise in management, operations, strategy and governance across a wide range of markets around the world, including: The USA; Australia; Africa; India; the Middle East and South East Asia.
He is currently a board member of Proteomics International Laboratories Ltd.
